WALT Eiffel tower

the Eiffel tower is in France France is a pretty city. OK so I am going to talk about the Eiffel tower I did.

On Wednesday Mrs Radich came’s in to teach Te puawai and all of the students had to do. Version of the Eiffel tower I was a team of 3 I am not going to name so ya. All of the students had to choose all the materials so my team choose cardboard/brown paper and lucky last is the straws. So my teammates we all get up to the middle so first we started off with the plan. We had to measure how high it had to be and of course I already forget what the measure it was. It was  a lots the cutting going on and the glowing going on it was I lot of glowing though so ya it is the end of the day oh and I forget what day it was.

WALT Sheech  

Kia ora my name is Halo  and my speech is about the joy of being young. 

 

     You have less responsibility.

 

    2 .   I like being a kid because I can do anything I want.

 

3  .  Kids don’t have to make money.

 

  1.     You don’t have to do anything and do jobs.

 

   Kids are happier than adults.

 

  1. Kids  are happier than adults because kids have more fun than adults. 

 

  1. Kids  are happier because kids are more creative than adults. 

 

  1. Kids are happier   because they don’t stress like adults.

 

  1. Kids now have a good life.

 

You have lots of energy and healthy bones and bodies.

 

  1. You can do sports. I like playing netball. You can get some nice exercise. 

 

  1. You can run around the paddock if you live on a farm where you  have lots of space. Same people sign up for running games.

 

Childhoods never last. But everyone deserves one.

Basketball with Cade

WALT Basketball

so today I played basketball  with the coach. It was fun and cool at the same time. First we played ball tag it was at   you have to tag the other kid. I was one of the tags every one was so fast. I didn’t know who was in or out and than we played a game and we all had to get as many cones as you can. When the game stop my team get 4 the second round we got 5. And we still didn’t win but it’s not about winning it is about trying. And then we had to give the ball and chuck the ball to your team but some people came into your team I had to go in a boys team. And the last game we all did the real  game of basketball I was number 4 and I got caught  out and I think it was the second time I get caught out I get a goal at is the end of my day see you.

I enjoyed playing baseball and playing with  others.

I found it challenging to bounce with the ball.

spaghetti bolognese  is so good I can think of it everyday it is so so good but it is good when it has melted cheese on it. I like it because it has a good taste in the mixture and because the cheese too.

I love it so so much but I barely even have it it’s like it’s my dream food I love it

MOTHERS DAY CARD

This is for my Mum, my mum is kind to me, my Mum makes the best dinners in the whole wide world it is absolutely delicious. My mum does my lunch in the morning the lunch is like dinner, like my mum make for me. My mum adores me and I do too. My mum has 3 kids and its pretty hard to look after all of us but I still love her I am so so lucky I am live under her roof I love you mum.

 

ANZAC

WALT share our ANZAC learning in an acrostic poem.

this is my acrostic poem our class had to do an ANZAC  poem  and this is mine everyone did an ANZAC poem. The class had to do a piece of paper of an ANZAC poem.  This one is mine. Mine turned out like this the class had to find all the words to match the letter it was hard to do the letter c and y. I was stuck on c and y but  I managed to do it.

I find it challenging to do the AZANA poem.

On Tuesday  whaea dona came in  to see our digital footprint .` I did this at school it is so much fun to do this. is it a digital footprint. I would like to do this again.

Camp

WANT camp

On the march of the 25’2024 we went to the taupo bay for my school trip I took the school bus Talley’s mum took my luggage in her van because I had a big bag lucky she had a big van first we all made we had our hats so we didn’t get sunburns and sans stroke. when we all got on the bus some people that hopped in the bus some put their luggage and bags on the side of the bus. When we started to move me and my friends were talking to each other so I joined in the conversation we were talking about what camp would be like it was going to take like one hour or two to get there so the teacher said we can take a nanny nap if we head to. A couple minutes pass and we arrived to the mountain we were going to walk up to the very top of it we all get a snack break when we were all done eating we walk the mountain it was very steep so most people were sliding down the hill. When we were all down walking the mountain we went to Taupo bay to go to the toilet the whole bus went to the bathroom after that we went the the campgrounds and we were sleeping in tents.

I enjoyed walking the mountain.

I find it challenging to blow my mattress up.

sailing

WANT we are learning sailing

Yesterday  Te Puawai went to Taupo bay and we want sailing I was group one so we want sailing first. when we want to the boat  first thing we did was to set the boat up before we want sailing. The sailing boat was really to go so we hopped in the boat first thing we all was to connect all the together so we lost. When we got deep enough we started to do star jumps. One person fell off the boat it was so funny after that we did some more walnuts on the boat and then we had to switch boats. I almost fell off the boat and we did knot tying and I made the figure eight it was so easy to make it and we did boat making that was hard to make it made it challenging because we head passengers to put it in the boat it was really fun to go sailing.
